Hotmail is surely a best mailing service in the world and i am using it for last 5-6 years but if you ever being asked for your private details directly from your mail service provider through a mail. Why should I give them such all details. No Way. do your business and never interpret with my personal things ever.
I was also shocked when I saw a mail in the same context.
It was with a subject line : UPDATE THIS ACCOUNT.
And asked the details like
Username:……………………..
Password……………………….
Date of Birth: …………………
Country or Territory: ……….
